• All orders are subject to availability. The customer will be notified if the order cannot be processed or fulfilled.

• Once ITAG.Manila provided the tracking number to the customer, it is the customer’s responsibility to make a follow up or track his/ her own item/s.

• ITAG.Manila shall not be held liable for delays, loss or damages due to act of third parties.

• Unpaid orders within 48 hours will be considered void and shall be sold to other customers. You shall inform ITAG.Manila via SMS, call or Email immediately if there are any request of payment to later than two days.

• ITAG.Manila reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions posted on the website from time to time at its sole discretion.
